Shipping

Orders within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. 

For orders outside the Netherlands, we charge market-based shipping rates that are automatically calculated at checkout.  

Products that can be packaged as packages are shipped via PostNL or DHL. Once your order is picked up at our warehouse, you will receive an email with a track & trace code to follow the delivery of your purchase.

Shipping side tables

Some small furniture and large products are delivered by an authorized (furniture) carrier. Once your order is packed in our warehouse, we will contact you by email to make a personal appointment for delivery of the product. This process may take longer than the indicated delivery time as listed on our webshop. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Delivery time

A product's delivery time is listed on the product detail page and in the check-out. If a product is in stock, we can ship it within 3-5 business days. Note: furniture pieces and large products may have longer delivery time.

If your order contains a combination of products with different delivery times, we will ship your order at once as soon as the last product is also available.

Returns

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. Should this not be the case for any reason, you can return your purchase. This must be done within 14 days of receiving your order.

What must you do to exercise the so-called "right of withdrawal"?

There are two ways to return:

  • Personal delivery to our distribution center. Note: If the original packaging is missing, we must charge 30% of the product value for this.

  • By mail to our distribution center:
  1. Complete the return form and include it with the product you wish to return.
  2. Please pack the product in its original packaging. Please note that many of our products are fragile. Always use as much of the original packaging as possible, including the packing material provided to protect the product being returned.
  3. Note: If the original packaging is missing, we must charge 30% of the product value for this.
  4. Remember to include the completed return form before sealing the box. Without this return form, we cannot process the returned product.
  5. Stick the return sticker on the package. Please note that all costs for returning are at your expense. Products damaged upon return cannot be exchanged or refunded. We recommend choosing to ship the package insured. If it is to return an incorrectly delivered product or a defect , this must be reported to us in advance and after our agreement, we will refund the shipping costs afterwards.
  6. The package must be returned to our distribution center. Address: P van Roon BV - Vases Atelier, Weerlaan 1, 2181 HG Hillegom.
  7. After we receive the product back in good condition, we will refund the purchase price to the account you paid with within 10 business days of receipt.
