  • How do I order an item from the Vases Atelier web shop?

    Placing an order is very easy. Once you have made your choice, place your item(s) in the shopping cart. From the shopping cart you can checkout your order very easily in three steps.

  • How can I tell if an item is in stock?

    In our webshop, each item is listed whether it is in stock. When an item is out of stock, you can pre-order it. It will then say 'In backorder' and the expected delivery date.

  • Do I need to have an account to place an order?

    You do not need an account to place an order. In fact, you can also place an order and checkout as a guest. The benefits of creating an account are that you can see the status and history of your order(s) in the 'My Account' section, your details will be saved for a subsequent order, and you can save Favorites.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Orders can be paid in a variety of ways. Currently we offer the following payment methods:

  • When can I expect my order once I have paid?

    If an item is in stock, we normally ship it the next business day. For products 'In backorder', larger items such as side tables and lamps with lampshades may take a few days longer.

  • Can I also pick up my order ?

    Yes, you can also pick up your order at our distribution center. This is by appointment only, please contact us. Note: Vazen Atelier is part of interior wholesaler Van Roon Living, therefore access to our showroom is only open to branche-specific Chamber of Commerce holders.

  • Do you deliver for free ?

    All orders are shipped free of charge

  • How do you keep me informed about the status of my order ?

    Once we have received your payment, we will send a confirmation of this including the expected delivery date. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code. And when the order has been delivered, you will also receive a message about this.

  • Within what period can I return ?
