Logistics employee

Work

  • Preparation and notification of national and international orders.
  •  Delivery within the Netherlands & Belgium of orders to florists and stores
  • Stock control and keeping the warehouse neat and orderly
  • Helping build our booths at various trade shows a few times a year

 

We are looking for

  • An energetic employee who wants to participate full-time or part-time (minimum 24 hours) in building a logistics network for our products
  •  Has experience in a warehouse and holds a Driver's License B
  • Someone who is accurate and neat and enjoys making/keeping a warehouse clean and orderly.

Administrative assistant

Work

  • Processing orders from Profroma to invoice and informing customers about delivery times, tracking info of shipments and any backorders
  • Item master management in ERP and web shop and administrative support for purchasing.
  • Handling complaints and sales-related inquiries.
  • Possibly a few times a year to (inter)national giants for sales and sales counter support.

 

We are looking for

  • Customer- and goal-oriented can correspond in English and/or Dutch. French is preferred but not required.
  • Has experience and knowledge of ERP systems.
  • MBO/HBO level and not afraid to learn new things (a.o. Website management and Social Media).
  • Accurate and precise with a strong pragmatic approach.

Het Vazen Atelier sells vases, accessories and more to stores & projects at home and abroad. For this we are several times a year at national and international (furniture) fairs.
